Lautoka soccer team midfielder Alvin Avinesh will be taking the field against Labasa today in the National Soccer League competition.

Earlier it was said that Avinesh won't be travelling to Labasa but he boarded the boat yesterday and is ready to help his team win against the Babasiga Lions.

Lautoka soccer president Shalen Prasad says Avinesh inclusion is a boost to his side after two of its top players Kamal Hassan and Valerio Nawatu were ruled out of today's clash.

The Lautoka / Labasa match will kick off today at 3pm at Subrail Park.

Meanwhile the Nasinu / Fiji Under 20 match scheduled for tomorrow at the TFL National Stadium has been called off.

Fiji Sports Council has closed the ground because of the bad ground condition.
