Fiji Football Association will decide later this week, whether Navua midfielder Alvin Avinesh and Ba striker Osea Vakatalesau will be given the green-light to play for Lautoka this season.

Lautoka Soccer President Shalen Prasad has written to Fiji FA regarding the two players' release, which has not been given by Lautoka and Navua as yet.

It is also believed that the amount requested by the two districts has been paid to Fiji FA by Lautoka.

Fiji FA said they are considering Lautoka soccer's letter and also have to look at the contract of the two players before deciding what step to take.

Alvin Avinesh and Osea Vakatalesau have been training with the Lautoka side and is hoping to play this weekend in the opening CVC series match against Navua.

The Lautoka/Navua match will kick off on Sunday 3pm at Churchill Park.
