Eight people who have been arrested in relation to three major robberies are being questioned in relation to some other robberies in the Central Division.
Assistant Spokesperson, Sergeant Suliano Tevita has confirmed that the eight were allegedly involved in the $29,000 robbery from the New World Supermarket Narere, Praveens Kava shop robbery in Vivrass Plaza and were allegedly involved in a home invasion at Moti street.
Sergeant Tevita said they are being questioned in relation to some pending cases and charges are expected to be laid soon.
They all were arrested from different places in Suva and Nasinu.
