The 24 year unemployed man of Nadi, who allegedly raped a 25 year old tourist on Friday has been released on bail.
He has been told to appear in the Nadi Magistrate court on the 11th of next month when a plea is expected to be taken.
The tourist who was in the country from Australia was inside her room when the man broke in and it is then alleged he raped her. Police managed to arrest him when the tourist raised the alarm.
