The 25 year man who allegedly raped a netball player during a drinking party in Deuba last month reappeared in the Navua Magistrates Court this morning.
Kaliova Vuki pleaded not guilty to the charges and his bail has been extended until the case is called again in January.
It is alleged that Vuki raped the netball player a few times after a party following the return of the netball team from NZ.
