The class three student who was allegedly raped at a Suva based school is still recovering at the CWM hospital.
Assistant Police Spokesperson, Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said them matter is before the court and has refuted claims that some more people are being questioned in relation to the case.
Meanwhile, 21 year old, Petero Bai appeared in court last Monday charged for allegedly raping the girl.
Magistrate, Makareta Mua had objected to bail application and had adjourned the case till Monday next week.
The court was told that Bai allegedly took the victim to an empty toilet, punched the victim and allegedly raped her.
