A 30 year old is expected to appear in Lautoka Magistrate court this afternoon charged with two counts of presenting counterfeit notes.
Police Spokesperson, Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri confirmed a few minutes ago that the man was arrested on Wednesday after a tip off and it is alleged that he is behind the circulation of counterfeit notes in the country.
A number of fake notes have been discovered around the country in the last few weeks.
