High court judge Justice Salesi Temo today granted bail to one of the accused charged with the alleged murder of Salesh Prakash whose body was found on the Sawani/Serea road in Nausori in June this year.
Bharat Lal, Jayant Lal and Moreen Lata Prakash have jointly been charged with the murder of Salesh Prakash.
Bharat Lal was not granted bail earlier, as his wife had claimed that Lal had threatened to kill her when he came out of custody.
However, she informed the court that she no longer feels threatened.
Lal will be staying in Rakiraki with his father who is acting as an assurity.
The case has been adjourned till 25th September.
Meanwhile, two other accused Moreen Lata and Jayant Lal were earlier granted bail with strict conditions.
