Four men charged in relation to the death of a 26 year old man of Bau road, Nausori, were released on strict bail conditions by the Nausori Magistrates Court this morning.

The four facing charges of manslaughter are 28 year old Zahir Ali who is from Australia and was visiting his relatives in Nausori, 20 year old Taimur Ali, a mechanic of Bau road, 55 year old Tahir Ali a farmer and 35 year old Chandlesh Ganesh also a farmer of Bau road Nausori.

No plea was taken and Magistrate Chaitanya Latchman has referred the case to the High Court.

The four men have been told not to stay in Bau road, Nausori, and to report to the nearest police station every Saturday.

The case has been adjourned to the 5th of next month.

26 year old deceased James Shankaran Nair's body was found in a pool of blood in Bau road, Nausori, on Monday morning.

The post mortem conducted revealed that he died of a fractured skull.
