Mahendra Sharma today appeared before High Court Judge Justice Salesi Temo and the court further remanded him custody.

Sharma told Justice Temo that he applied for legal aid assistance on 25th of September and he was told that the officers will visit him however this did not eventuate.

DPP lawyer Nilesh Nand asked the court for more time to file some more legal papers before the plea is taken.
