A street boy charged with murder was yesterday further remanded at the St Giles Hospital by the Suva High Court.

The state lawyer informed High Court Judge Justice Daniel Goundar that they have not received any report on Arthur James Kamoe Moore who allegedly stabbed a man at Suva market this year.

The state lawyer also informed the court that Kamoe Moore was earlier diagnosed with abnormal behavior at the St Giles outpatient after Judge Goundar asked the need for psychiatric evaluation.

The state lawyer informed the court that the doctor needs two weeks to assess Kamoe Moore before handing in a report.

The case will now be called on the 23rd of this month.

It is alleged that the 20 year old deceased was on his way to the bus stand when he saw two people fighting and tried to stop the fight but was allegedly stabbed by Kamoe Moore.
