The case relating to the alleged indecent assault of a 4 year old girl by a 6 year old boy has been handed over to the Office of the DPP.
Regional Crime Officer Eastern, ASP Aca White said that they have finished questioning the 6 year old boy in the presence of his parents however no charges have been laid.
ASP White added they are awaiting direction from the DPP.
The report was lodged with them after the girl was taken to the CWM hospital over the weekend after she developed some medical problem.
