Police have interviewed and released the 20 Chinese nationals who were arrested after they were found allegedly gambling at a club in Suva on Saturday night.

Assistant Divisional Crime Officer Southern ASP Keshri Lal confirmed that the men will be charged once Police complete investigations.

Lal also confirmed that they are trying to establish if the 20 are illegal immigrants in Fiji.

The officers, from the Transnational Crime Unit, the Strike Back team and the Major Crime Unit, raided the third floor of the Central Rental Building and confiscated $52,000.
