Police have questioned and released a man who is alleged to have raped a form three student taking refuge at an evacuation centre.
Assistant Police Spokesperson Corporal Suliano Tevita confirms that the man was questioned and released and is awaiting further investigations.
According to Police the incident took place at an evacuation centre in Vunidawa.
Meanwhile, police are investigating an incident where two bodies were found in mangrove swamp at Sovi Bay in Sigatoka yesterday morning.
Police are waiting for the post mortem report.
