Alleged Conman, Shalendra Shina has been charged with escaping from lawful custody while his former legal counsel, has been charged with aiding and abetting Sinha to escape.
Divisional Crime Officer Western, SP Vijay Singh has confirmed that together with the former lawyer three other people including a female has also been charged for allegedly assisting him to escape and allegedly harbouring him.
The three were produced in the Sigatoka Magistrates court on Friday afternoon and their case has been referred to Lautoka High court.
Meanwhile, Sinha will be produced in the Lautoka Magistrates court this afternoon.
