Alleged Conman, Shalendra Shina appeared in the Lautoka High Court today under a bench warrant.
High Court Judge Justice Chandra Dutt has ordered Sinha to be remanded in custody until the 9th of February when he will appear in Lautoka Magistrate Court in relation to fresh charge of escaping from lawful custody.
Juctice Dutt also cancelled his bench warrant today.
Meanwhile, Sinha's former legal counsel has been charged with aiding and abetting Sinha to escape.
Together with the former lawyer three other people including a female has also been charged for allegedly assisting him to escape and allegedly harbouring him.
