With the George 7s tournament starting later tonight, all 16 competing nations have declared their squads of 12, with Fiji recalling a star of the past, South Africa losing a key member and USA recalling their 15-a-side captain.

Ten of the 16 squads are unchanged from last weekend in Dubai, while six make changes. The 16 squads are Australia, England, France, Portugal, Russia, Samoa, Scotland, Wales, Zimbabwe and last week's Dubai champions New Zealand.

Fiji's South Africa-based Stormers wing Sireli Naqelevuki has been drafted in by Coach Iliesa Tanivula to play on the World Series for the first time in three years. Fiji starts the tournament with just 11 players, though, after Seremaia Burotu and Niumaia Cakacaka were forced to drop out through injury.

South Africa has lost another key member of their squad, Ryno Benjamin because of disciplinary reason. He has been replaced by debutant Shau Venter.

USA has lost Mark Bokhoven and Captain Jone Naqica, replaced by the country's 15-a-side captain, South Africa-based flank forward Todd Clever and Zachary Test.

Argentina call up Pedro Garzon and Rafael Parlatore for Martin Miguel Nunez and Juan Imhoff while Kenya draft in Naftali Ogollo and Andrew Amonde. The George 7s tournament kicks off tonight at
