The Digicel Fiji Sevens team will have to win all its pool matches at the Rugby World Cup Sevens tournament to avoid facing off with any top team in the Cup quarterfinals.

With six pools of four, the top teams in all pools will advance into the Cup quarterfinals with the two best runner-up teams from any of the six pools.

New Zealand is top seeded in Pool A while Fiji heads Pool B and South Africa is tipped to top Pool C.

Samoa, England and Argentina are the other three teams top seeded in Pool D, Pool E and Pool F.

Fiji will have to beat France, USA and Georgia to finish as winners in their Pool and could meet one of the two runners-up that will make it through.

Fiji's opening pool match in the World Cup will be next Friday morning at 4:16 against Georgia. Then on Friday evening at 8:50pm, they take on USA in their second pool match before facing France in the final pool encounter on Saturday morning at 2:20am.

Meanwhile the Digicel Fiji Sevens team is currently training at Lawaqa Park, with the final 12-man team to Dubai to be announced tomorrow.

The side leaves for the defense of the Melrose Cup on Friday.
