All hearing of cases in the Magistrates court will remain on hold until an adequate number of Magistrates are appointed.
After Chief Magistrate Ajmal Gulab Khan confirmed that there is a need for at least 12 more Magistrates, and until such time hearings will remain on hold.
All High Court, civil and criminal, Fiji Court of Appeal and Supreme Courts remain closed and all cases remain on hold as the President Ratu Josefa Iloilo is yet to appoint any Judges.
