All eyes will be on New Zealand and England when the England 7s tournament kicks off tonight.

New Zealand lead the championship, but are just thirteen points ahead of second placed England who need to win at home to have any chance of claiming the 7s crown.

England will also hope New Zealand don’t make it to the Cup final because even if the Kiwis lose, they will still pick up valuable points for making it that far.

Meanwhile Fiji has also been rated as a top bet in the tournament although bulk of the players are new.

Earlier this morning, Fiji’s starting lineup was named which includes captain Dale Tonawai Sakenasa Aca, Watisoni Votu, Nikola Matawalu, David Batiratu, Metuisela Talebula and Mitieli Nacagilevu.

The Fiji and Portugal match kicks off at 10.36pm tonight.

Fiji’s other pool matches are against Russia at 1.42am tomorrow and at 5.44am, Fiji will take on South Africa.
