The New Zealand All Whites will field a purely domestic based side to play Fiji in a dead World Cup Soccer qualifier, that was originally due to be played two years ago.

The match in Lautoka next week was to be played at Albany in October 2007 but was postponed and moved when Fiji team goalkeeper Simione Tamanisau was denied a visa because his future father-in-law was in the Fiji Military Forces.

This match only affects the world rankings, as the All Whites have already qualified for the World Cup playoff's and next year's Confederations Cup.

The Fiji/New Zealand soccer match will be played next Wednesday at Churchill Park.
