All Blacks captain Richie McCaw doesn’t expect any member of his side to hold anything back during the Tri-Nations against the Springboks tonight because the World Cup is just around the corner.

While a number of the players are still looking to play themselves into the World Cup squad, there are others like McCaw, who could be forgiven for taking it a bit easier.

McCaw said he’s never gone into a game holding anything back and having been in teams that have looked a week ahead he knows how quickly they can be tipped over.

All Blacks host the Springboks tonight at 7.35pm.
