The All Blacks opened their Tri-Nations title defense with a 40-7 hammering of the Springboks in Wellington last night.
New Zealand ran in six tries with Dan Carter adding 10 points from two penalties and two conversions.
The All Blacks will now host Wallabies this Saturday at 7.35pm.
