All Blacks fullback Israel Dagg is looking forward to playing his next match for the Crusaders against the Chiefs in Suva on Friday.

Dagg was outstanding for the All Blacks against Wales and formed a devastating partnership with right wing Ben Smith.

There is no confirmation whether Crusaders and All Blacks captain Kieran Read would be available for Friday’s match against the Chiefs in Fiji.

Read went down in the second half with what looked like a shoulder injury in the match against Wales.

The Crusaders who are on top of the Super Rugby table will face a season‑defining match against the Chiefs in Fiji.

The much anticipated match is also expected to feature Nemani Nadolo, Jone Macilai, Ben Volavola and Alex Hodgman from the Crusaders while Setareki Tamanivalu and Michael Leitch are expected to feature for the Chiefs.

Meanwhile the Chiefs will arrive in the country tomorrow while the Crusaders will come in on Wednesday.

The Chiefs will host the Crusaders at 7.35pm Friday at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.
