All Blacks first-five Daniel Carter said the test match against the South Africans will be their biggest match since the 2011 Rugby World Cup.

The 31 year old playmaker said this South African side has won their last nine tests in a row, including all six in 2013, and they rolled into Auckland this week - where they have not won since 1937.

A record-breaking, drought-busting 38-12 thumping of the Wallabies in Brisbane last Saturday only enhanced that, as did a 73-13 explosion against Argentina in the competition opener.

Carter said he thinks it’s just their all-round game and they know physically they are an awesome side, but with some of the tries they have been scoring they have been playing quite an open style.

All Blacks will host the Springboks this Saturday at 7.35pm while the Wallabies will meet the Pumas at 10.05pm.
