In light of five soldiers and a police officer who are alleged to have been involved in the brutal killing of Nadi teenager Sakuisa Rabaka, being summoned to appear in court next month, Fiji Human Rights Commissioner, Shameema Ali commends police on a good job.

Ali said while this is a step forward in the Rabaka case there are still unanswered questions that need to be addressed.

Director CID, SSP Waisea Vakamocea confirms that the soldiers who were bound to leave for Iraq were stopped at the Nadi International Airport on Saturday night.

He said this is because a summons has been issued for them to appear in court on November 25th.
