Pacific Games Queen Akesa Drotini won her second gold medal at the Triple N Zone meet this morning.

Adi Cakobau School's Drotini who won the 400 metres Gold yesterday today won the 3,000 metres final in a time of 12 minutes 51 seconds.

She aims to win her third gold later this afternoon in the Inter Girls' 4x400 metres final.

Meanwhile, ACS has broken a new record in the Junior Girls 4x100 metres heats.

The new record now is 50.9 seconds while the old record set last also by ACS, stood at 52.7 seconds.

Now looking at the medal tally, ACS leads the girls' division with 12 gold, 12 silver and 3 bronze.

Lelean Memorial is in second place with 4 gold, 1 silver and 5 bronze.

In the boys division, Lelean leads with 7 gold, 6 silver and 7 bronze. Sila Central lies in second place with 5 gold, 6 silver and 3 bronze.
