National airline company Air Pacific and the Transport Workers Union has signed an agreement for retirement age and benefits for the workers.
Union general secretary Kamlesh Kumar said the agreement, which was signed yesterday, contains a retirement age of a minimum of 55 years and maximum of 60 years for all the workers with the company.
Kumar said this is one of the biggest achievements for the union.
Kumar said the agreement has been reached through negotiations and dialogues.
