Fiji's International Airline, Air Pacific will be adding another direct B737 Auckland to Suva flight from today.

The departure time from Auckland International Airport will be 8.10am with an arrival time at Nausori Airport at 11.15am.

Return flights from Suva will leave at 12.15pm arriving in Auckland at 3.30pm.

Air Pacific Managing Director and CEO Dave Pflieger said the second weekly flight between the two cities just one month after the re-launch of direct services on Fridays should make a weekend trip to both destinations much more convenient.

Pflieger said they listened to their customers who wanted a direct flight between two cities.

He said that as they continue their strategic review of Air Pacific, they hope to continue to offer more convenient and better service as they get ready for next year's World Cup in New Zealand.

He believes that Fiji will be a great and inexpensive place to stay for inbound and outbound visitors who want to rest and relax on our world renowned islands and beaches as they come in from around the world to watch the world's best teams play rugby.
