The fate of Air Fiji is expected to be known by the end of this month.
Civil Aviation Director, Akuila Waradi told Fijivillage News that the Air Fiji Board which met in China over the weekend is expected to make an announcement regarding the future of the company and its workers soon.
Waradi said they have not been informed about the board's decision.
Meanwhile, ten Air Fiji workers have sought employment elsewhere whereas over 160 workers are still on leave without pay from May 1st this year.
Air Fiji owners closed the operations of the airline company in April as workers are still in the dark about their future.
