State lawyers have revealed in the high court today that additional charges will be laid against Dr Ramon Angco for allegedly operating a money scheme.

DPP lawyer David Morters revealed that Police investigators have received further 20 complaints against Dr Angco from whom he is alleged to have obtained $153, 000.

Morters highlighted that Dr Anco already faces charges of larceny by trick for allegedly obtaining $493,000 dollars from 90 complainants as part of his scheme.

Morters also said that all documents seized by FICAC are with the Police and the State will now go through the document, make copies of relevant papers and return all documents to Dr Angco.

In defense Dr Angco maintains that a total of $16 million dollars was collected by his foundation and all the money was legitimately spent for the benefit of his subscribers.

The case will be called before Justice Isikeli Mataitoga on 26th October.
