Blues Hooker James Parsons has an uncomplicated message for his Blues team ahead of their week three Super Rugby clash against the Hurricanes tomorrow.
After starting with that memorable home victory over the defending champion Highlanders, then being well beaten by the Crusaders in Christchurch last round, the Blues have already exhibited too much inconsistency for the hooker's liking.
Parsons said they want consistency and they want their actions to speak louder than their words, and unfortunately both weeks they've spoken louder.
Parsons is ready to be a fully-fledged contributor to the solution on Friday night at Eden Park.
Blues will face the Hurricanes at 6.35pm tomorrow while the Force will take on the Brumbies at 11.05pm.
