The Interim Finance Minister has stressed that those found abusing tax dollars in the Auditor General's report, will be taken to task.
Mahendra Chaudhry said he is fully aware that no action was taken in the past after several volumes of the AG's reports came out.
He said the Finance Ministry is now monitoring the work of the respective ministries and boards to ensure that action is taken against the individuals concerned.
Chaudhry said all the activities that could be classified as a criminal matter will also be referred to the relevant authorities.
