The taxi driver who was involved in a fatal accident in Valelvu last night is still under interrogation at the Valelevu Police station.
Police have confirmed that the victim, a 2 year old boy was returning from church with his mother and a brother and sister who both are Primary school students.
The two year old died instantly while his 11 year old brother and 9 year old sister are admitted at the CWM hospital.
Police are awaiting the post mortem report, before charges if any will be laid.
According to police the driver smelled heavily of liquor at the time of the accident.
