The three telecommunication carriers in the country, Vodafone, FINTEL and Telecom Fiji are expected to sign new licensing deals with the interim government within the next few days which is expected to end their monopoly status.

While, stakeholders remain tightlipped on the Raddison Accord signed between the carriers and the interim government, Amalgamated Telecom Holding CEO is hopeful all will be revealed the first few days of 2008.
