Amalgamated Telecom Holdings Limited has announced a change in the representatives of the Fiji National Provident Fund on its Board of Directors.
In a statement, it stated that as a strategic investor in ATH, FNPF is entitled to appoint four out of seven of ATH's directors and to make changes to its representatives at any time by notice.
The new appointees are John Prasad, the chairman of FNPF and Acting Permanent Secretary for Finance, and Ajith Kodagoda, who is also a board member of FNPF.
The change has resulted in the revocation of the appointments of Howard Politini, Felix Anthony, Daniel Urai, and James Dutta.
Prasad and Kodagoda will join chairman Taito Waqa, Mesake Nawari and Arun Narsey in the new ATH Board.
