The ANZ bank has completed its work to meet all the requirements set out for commercial banks by the Reserve Bank of Fiji following the devaluation of the Fiji dollar in April this year.
ANZ General Manager Fiji, Norman Wilson said the RBF has been informed adding it was not an easy task to undertake.
Wilson, who takes over from outgoing General Manager, Robert Bell also believes that no institution was insulated from the global financial crisis as stated by the RBF following the start of the crisis.
However, he said ANZ is confident it has the mechanisms in place to protect its customers and investments during a financial crisis.
