The New Zealand Rugby Union is yet to finalise the All Blacks additional test against the Flying Fijians in July.

NZRU Chief Executive Steve Tew said they have been in negotiations with the Fijian Rugby Union to play a one-off test ahead of the Tri-Nations on July 22nd.

Tew added that it is still too early to say whether the match will go on as there are some complications with the Flying Fijians team which they are still working on.

Tew said Fiji is plan B as initially they were hoping to play Samoa, and Argentina is also in the waiting list, if negotiations with Fiji is not a success.

The Rugby World Cup kicks off in New Zealand on September 9th.
