The Attorney General has questioned the credibility of the US Department of State 2009 Human Rights Report on Fiji where it talks about the court case in relation to the Fiji Times.
Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum said the report does not give a true picture and the full story in relation to the case.
Sayed-Khaiyum said the effort to combat corruption is also not highlighted in the US report.
He has also labelled the contents of the report as pedestrian observations.
