Mick Beddoes is responding to comments by Aiyaz Saiyed Khaiyum stating that when former judges, Justice Ward and Justice Coventry made comments that crossed the line, critics like Beddoes, Angie Heffernan, Isireli Fa and the SDL were nowhere to be seen and now that Justice Scutt has made public comments, they are calling for her resignation.
Beddoes said Justices Ward and Coventry made comments about the judiciary itself while Justice Scutt commented publicly on sensitive and political issues.
