A team of investigators from the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption is in the western division investigating the allegations leveled against certain officials of Airports Fiji Limited (AFL).
The team headed by Chief Investigator Inspector Isireli Tagicaki is investigating some of the senior officials of AFL on allegations of corruption and abuse of office.
The matter was reported to FICAC by some of the former board members which eventually led to the termination of some of the senior board members.
FICAC is tightlipped on when the officials implicated will be charged and taken to court.
