As the Asian Development bank embarks on its plans to assist the Pacific from 2010 through to 2014, any further financial assistance to the Fiji government will depend on how future talks between the two parties progress.
On public sector reform plans, ADB Regional Director Keith Leonard was questioned on whether they would provide financial assistance in the process.
Leonard said decisions will be made once full consultations resume.
The ADB had stated earlier that it will not provide funding for new programs in Fiji until full consultations are restored.
