The ACT Brumbies are confident they can end the Canterbury Crusaders winning streak this Sunday and reverse the horror run of Australian teams against New Zealand rivals this year.
Brumbies co‑captains Stephen Moore and Christian Lealiifano, Ben Alexander and David Pocock are the only players that have tasted victory against the seven‑time champions.
The Brumbies have not beaten the Crusaders since 2009.
Adding to the imposing record is the fact the Crusaders have won six games in a row this season and Australian teams have won just two of 10 games against New Zealand opponents this year.
The Brumbies thrashed the Wellington Hurricanes in round one but were demolished by the Chiefs three weeks ago.
The Crusaders face the Brumbies at 6.05pm Sunday while the Hurricanes face the Chiefs at 7.35pm Saturday.
