Adi Cakobau School's junior girl’s long distance runner Maopa Tabualovoni is confident she can help restore the lost glory for ACS in this year's Coca Cola Games.
Tabualovoni stamped her mark in the Triple N Zone meet winning the junior girl’s 800 metres, 4x400 metres relay and open girls 3000 metres.
The 15 year old from Bua won a gold medal last year for Solevu Junior Secondary in the junior girls 800 metres.
Tabualovoni will face stiff competition from Maria Beranadeta of Waidina Secondary School, Sovaia Nakama of Wainimakutu Secondary and Salanieta Vasuitoga from Saint Johns College.
Meanwhile, the torch relay team is expected to arrive at Bhawani Dayal College this hour.
The Coca Cola Games will be held on the 25th and 26th of this month.
