Adi Cakobau School has so far broken three records and continue to grab medals at the Triple N Zone currently underway at the TFL Stadium.

The first record was broken by Akesa Drotini in the open Girls 3000m this morning where she set a new record of 10mins 17.26seconds and grabbed Gold.

Elenoa Sailosi then took home Gold in the Junior Girls 200m finals with a time of 26.05sec, the old record was 26.40sec.

Sailosi also helped her junior girls team break a zone record in the 4*100m relay heats with a time of 51.04sec with the old record standing at 51.09sec.

Meanwhile, looking at other records broken so far:

In the Senior boys 800m, Lelean Memorial's Marika Cabenacaqu ran a time of 2min 05.12 sec, the old record stood at 2min 06.33sec.

And Keith Sorby of Vunimono High School set a new record in the Senior boys high jump, with a jump of 1.85m, the old record stood at 1.81m.

In the Legend FM medal tally:

In the Boys Division, Sila Central have extended their lead and are now sitting at the top of the Legend FM Medal Tally with 12 Gold, 2 Silver, 8 Bronze, second is Lelean Memorial with 8 Gold, 10 Silver, 6 Bronze and third is Rewa sec 483.

Sila Central is expected to bag two more gold medals as they are currently favourites to win the 200m and the 4*100m relay finals later this afternoon as Blue Ribbon champion, Nikotimo Radiva will be a part of the squad.

Meanwhile, in the Girls Division ACS lead the Legend FM Medal Tally with 23 Gold, 13 Silver, 14 Bronze.

Second is Lelean Memorial with 4 Gold , 4 Silver and 2 Bronze while third is Rewa Secondary with 2 Gold, 4 Silver and 3 Bronze.

Only two event remain and that is the 4*400m and the 4*100m which will all kick off at 1.30pm.
