Defending Triple N girls division champion ACS have made their intention known that they are going for their 7th title in a row in the Coca Cola Games after breaking 6 records at the Tripple N Zone at the TFL Stadium.

It started off in the junior girls 400 metre heat where Miriama of ACS ran in the time of 1 minute.10 seconds to break the old record set last year by Ana Kaloucava in the time of 1 min.20 seconds

Akesa Drotini set a new record of 1 minute in the 400 metre inter-grade where the old record was 1 minute 5 seconds

In the 100 metre junior grade Elenoa of ACS set a new time of 12.4 seconds while the old record stood at 12.9 seconds. She also set a new record in the 200 metre where she came home in the time of 25.7 seconds while the old record set last year was 27.11 seconds.

Also Laite Tu of ACS set a new record in the junior grade high jump with a jump of 1.45 metres while the old record set last year was 1.39 metre.

The girls from Sawani also lead the medal tally at the moment with 5 gold and 6 silver and 1 bronze. Lelean is in second place with 2 gold and 2 bronze. Sila Central at 3rd spot with 1 gold, 1 silver and 3 bronze.


Looking at the boys division Lelean Memorial School leads with 4 gold, 3 silver and 4 bronze. Sila Central is second with 3 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze and Bhawani Dayal at 3rd spot with 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze.
