Israel Dagg has been named at fullback for the All Blacks opening World Cup match against Tonga at Eden Park on Friday.

Sonny Bill Williams has been named to start at second five eighth, with Ma’a Nonu preferred at centre.

Richard Kahui has been named on the right wing and Isaia Toeava on the unfamiliar left wing.

Andrew Hore is the starting hooker and Corey Flynn on the reserve bench.
