Fiji Rugby Union (FRU) Board Chairman Bill Gavoka said rugby will take a step backwards if they decided to accept Acting CEO Keni Dakuidreketi's resignation.
Gavoka added that it would be hard to replace Dakuidreketi as a lot is at stake for FRU, especially with the World Cup just 2 years away.
However, FRU President Ro Filipe Tuisawau said replacing Dakuidreketi is not difficult as there are capable people who are ready to come in.
