A lot is at stake for Fiji's middle-weight champion Joy "The Jet" Ali when he will take on New Zealand champion Faimasasa "Shockwave" Tavui in tonight’s Toe to Toe boxing programme.
Ali will be fighting at home again after a lapse of 2 years.
His last scheduled fight was in 2006 when he did not turn up to take on Sakeasi Dakua.
The Nadi based boxer will need to beat Tavui to win back the confidence of his fans and also to line up more fights with overseas opponents.
He remains confident of keeping his home undefeated record intact.
But, Tavui's manager Ale Vena is hoping that Ali will come out firing from the first round and they hope to end the fight in the first few rounds.
The programme will start at 5.30pm at the Vodafone Arena and tickets will cost $15 for the balcony and $25 for the ring-side.
