A Pacific Islands Team with players from Fiji, is currently being looked at to add spice to the Four Nations.

The International Rugby League Federation revealed that following the dismal results over the weekend, they are looking at adding another team into the mix or follow the Trio Nations format.

Despite the current tournament drawing widespread criticism largely due to the poor showing of England and Papua New Guinea it won't change until 2014.

According to the federation the whole tournament is under review with chairman Colin Love confirmed that the inclusion of a combined Pacific Islands team made up of players from Tonga, Samoa, Fiji and PNG is being looked at.

Fiji has had its share of famous rugby league players with the latest being Jarryd Hayne who donned the Fiji Bati jersey to the World Cup.
